Our Story

365 Mum Network CIC was founded by Angela Ajiboye in 2021 after she experienced firsthand the challenges of motherhood and the lack of relatable support, especially for Black mothers.

She saw how many mums felt isolated and unseen, with limited spaces to connect or talk openly about identity, wellbeing, and balance. Originally a passion project, Angela felt led by God to continue building 365 Mum. She is also a public speaker and content creator, using her voice to amplify the experiences of mothers.

What started as a small idea to bring mothers together has grown into a thriving network offering community, guidance, and empowerment. We host mum-only brunches, family-friendly gatherings, online sessions, and wellbeing challenges — giving mothers safe spaces to connect, learn, and grow.

At its heart, 365 Mum Network is about celebrating the woman behind the mum, helping mothers rediscover themselves while building lasting friendships. It’s a movement rooted in empathy, purpose, and connection. Through this work, Angela’s vision continues to grow: a community where every Black mother feels supported and never alone on her journey.

Our Mission

At 365 Mum Network, our mission is simple, to ensure no mother feels alone, unseen, or unsupported.

We exist to support and celebrate black mothers by creating safe, inclusive spaces that promote connection, wellbeing and identity. We recognise that motherhood can be isolating and many mothers struggle to find communities that reflect their experiences and values. 365 Mum Network fills that gap.

Creating community: through local meetups, mum-only brunches, family-friendly gatherings and online groups where mothers can connect openly and build real relationships. We have virtual calls where mums within the community lead as well as guest speakers.

Offering guidance: via workshops and online sessions on maternal wellbeing, confidence, goal setting and identity beyond motherhood.

Empowering mothers: with initiatives such as Motherhood & Identity Week, the 30-Day Mum Walking Challenge and experiences that amplify mothers’ voices and raise awareness around maternal health and identity.

Championing representation: by highlighting Black mothers’ experiences and promoting inclusive conversations around the Black maternal journey and mental health.

Everything we do is rooted in empathy, community and purpose. Our goal is to build a network where black mothers feel empowered to thrive as both a mum and a woman in her own right.
